Transitioning from homelessness to having permanent residence takes a lot of patience. That’s why our transitional program is designed to support and guide you while you take your time adjusting to the new environment.
The 360 Turnaround Program
The 360 Turnaround Program
CFH offers a sponsorship program for the Transitional Age Youth between the ages of 18-24 who are experiencing homelessness, phasing out of foster care or unemployed without family and financial support. The 360 Turnaround program provides housing with structure, guidance and support to help young adults restart their lives by providing a place for them to live with wrap-around services. Our services include Case Management, Life Skills Coaching, Health and Wellness etc. Our goal is to bring a 360 turnaround to our youth by providing services that will help them gain self-sufficiency by setting goals with an understanding of self-ownership = great success.
